Discover a coastal world

On arrival at Tuvsjyen you are guided into the Stone Age House where you are met by a large open fire and a setting of reindeer hides. The storyteller describes how our forefathers lived, hunted and survived while food is being prepared in the glowing rocks from the fire pit. This method cooks the meat and seals in all the natural juices and flavours.  The meal consists of stockfish grilled on the open fire, local fresh fish, local game (reindeer or moose), lettuce, fresh herbs, stone-age bread and forest berries for dessert.

In addition to this you can try your hand at fishing from M/S Fram, an old fishing vessel. After the fishing you can jump into the wooden hot tub on the patio filled with sea water.

In addition it is possible to have a sightseeing trip in one of Stella Polaris' RIBS into the maelstrom.
